Eightivity is a product of Elev8 Digital, a subsidiary of Activ8.asia. This Privacy Policy explains how Elev8 Digital handles personal information collected through eightivity.travel. Your privacy is important to us — we do not sell your data.

Eightivity (eightivity.travel) is a travel industry CRM platform developed and operated by Elev8 Digital, a subsidiary of Activ8.asia. Elev8 Digital builds structured business solutions through industry-specific platforms and CRM tools designed around how teams actually work.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Elev8 Digital collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit eightivity.travel, register for the Eightivity platform, or interact with any of our services. It applies to all users of the Eightivity platform — including travel agencies, tour operators, and destination management companies.

  • Account & Registration Data: Name, business email, company name, country, and phone number provided when you sign up.
  • Usage & Platform Data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, session duration — collected automatically to improve the Service.
  • Client Data You Upload: Traveller profiles, itineraries, booking records, and documents you input into the platform. This data belongs to you; we process it only on your behalf.
  • Technical & Device Data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected for security and performance monitoring.
  • Communication Data: Messages sent to our support team or via our contact form, retained for quality assurance purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

Elev8 Digital uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provision, maintain, and improve your access to Eightivity.
  • Account Management: To manage your subscription, process payments, and send transactional communications.

Upon termination, your Client Data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
